About Shandwood Engineering

Shandwood Eng Ltd was established in 2009 by award winning designer and entrepreneur Peter Wood. Having worked on various projects related to oilfield mud handling systems, Peter was somewhat surprised at the basic nature of the screw conveyor systems in use. When exposed to drilling rig operating conditions several inherent design weaknesses can cause difficulties with on-site assembly, maintenance and dismantling, resulting in costly downtime.

Recognising the need for equipment designed specifically for the 21st century industry, Peter set about applying innovation and technology to come up with the Shandwood Easi-Fit Screw Conveyor, featuring several innovations which make it easy to assemble, easy to maintain and easy to dismantle.
